When C was a baby I took an endless number of photos of him in our bed.  Perhaps I wasn’t really sure what else to do with him at that point or perhaps it was just the easiest place to photograph him before he was able to hold himself up.  Once he became more mobile however, we abandoned the bed photos for those out in the real world.  Looking back recently, I realized I suddenly missed those early day “photo shoots” and decided it was time to revisit our first favorite location.  This side-by-side photo makes me smile- I always forget how little his legs were in comparison to his torso… in all fairness to his baby legs though, they were always slightly dwarfed by his enormous cloth diaper- those things were almost bigger than he was.

 

I also used to take a lot of photos of his baby feet.  I hadn’t done that in a long time either even though I believe they are  still just as sweet…
